Peter McDonnell, Managing Director
The founder of Cordoba, Peter has over 25 years' experience in sales and marketing at board level, mainly in financial services. His former roles have included periods as Sales Director for GE Capital BEF and Director of Strategic Development for Blue Arrow. Peter has also worked with numerous blue-chip organisations including BT, Royal Mail, UBS Warburg, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Lloyds TSB Registrars and Centrica.

David Fielden, Non-Executive Chairman
David is a Chartered Accountant with considerable commercial experience, largely in the financial sector. His previous posts include that of Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, of the credit card division of American Express. He was also Managing Director of various leasing companies for 3i, Lloyds Bank SG Warburg (where he was also a Director) and, until his retirement in 2000, of GE Capital in the UK.

Stewart Coia, Managing Director, Cordoba Resourcing Limited
Stewart has over 25 years' experience in recruitment. The first 15 of those were spent working for mainstream recruitment providers Adecco, Alfred Marks and SBS. Stewart has worked in all sectors of the industry from temporary office staff to executive search and selection, and before joining Cordoba worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for human capital management consultants Parity. Stewart has provided his services to many blue-chip clients such as HM Treasury, DWP, Cabinet Office, NHS, ICI, B&Q, and RBS, advising them on recruitment best practice, employer branding, retention and deployment strategies.

Katy Butcher, Office Manager
Katy joined Cordoba Group as Office Manager in 2006 after completing a Masters degree in music at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her previous experience includes working in fundraising and development for the Philharmonia Orchestra. Her work at Cordoba has involved supporting the project team for the BT Procurement Assessment Centres, as well as providing administrative support for Cordoba Services, Cordoba Resourcing and Cordoba Capital.
